Bubenik Partners is an international executive search and management consulting group based in Prague, Czech Republic. The firm was established by Mr. Jan Bubenik in mid 2001 upon his departure from Korn/Ferry International. He leads our firm's activities mainly in the territory of Central & Eastern Europe with a focus on the Czech and Slovak Republics. From a business sector standpoint his areas of specialization are financial services, advanced technology, and industrial clients.
The firm's professional team is well acquainted, current and knowledgeable regarding today's marketplace and the hiring needs of organizations in pursuit of success and market leadership. Mr. de Callier has more than 25 years' experience in retained executive search and executive coaching. Before joining Bubenik Partners as Chairman, he was a U.S. Partner in the International Technology Practice of Heidrick & Struggles.
Geographically, his practice spanned Asia, America, and Europe, and his clients included industry leaders such as Boeing, Emerson, General Motors, Hitachi, Japan Energy, Fairchild Corporation, SAIC, Sempra Energy, and American Microsystems.
A frequent lecturer on career development and leadership, he writes a weekly column in the Dow Jones publication, Hospodarske noviny which you can read here.
Formerly a Board Member of the William Elliott Education Foundation and member of the Arizona Academy and the University of Arizona Foundation, Mr. de Callier holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In addition, he has completed executive courses at Stanford University and the University of Michigan's Graduate School of Business. He is a guest lecturer and former Advisory Board member at California State University, San Marcos, and currently serves as a Senior Advisor to former President of the Czech Republic, Vaclav Havel's foundation, Forum 2000.
